How can I change/correct my order?

If you contact us via email, please be sure and include your order # which can be found on your Order Confirmation and the correction we need to make.

Generally, it is best to communicate this information no later than midnight EST of the day you placed your order.

What to do about fogginess, bubbles, scratches or surface marks after my installation?

Once the film fully cures, most imperfections will disappear completely. Lamin-x is a porous (breathable) and self-healing poly-vinyl film. Small scratches, trapped moisture, and most bubbles will dissipate on their own. However, if you encounter a stubborn bubble, you can poke it with a sewing needle and push out the air or water. The hole will eventually close on its own. Creases/ripples arising from installation will also settle over time.

What is your recommended spray solution for paint protection film?

Put 3 drops of baby shampoo
1 cap full of 70% rubbing alcohol
Fill the rest with distilled water

How long will it take to ship my order?

Nearly every pre-cut order is custom-manufactured, specifically for you, after your order is placed.
Pre-cut headlight, fog light, and taillight kits typically ship in 2 to 3 business days
Pre-cut paint protection kits ship in 3 to 5 business days
Bulk Roll and Universal Sheet orders typically ship in 1 to 2 business days
Please allow at least 2-10 days (longer for international orders) for delivery of product after your order has been shipped.

How much is shipping?

The shipping charges are calculated using a live rate. The rate is based on your address, the weight of the products, and the shipping method chosen. To get a shipping quote, choose the items you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. At this point, you can enter your shipping address and it will give you the shipping options and corresponding prices. This can be done before any payment information is needed.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Unfortunately we do not allow for exchanges. Each product we produce for our customers is made to order and has a finite amount of time in which to be installed.

What is your return policy?

We will need to know an answer for rolls only at this time. We can remove out precut kits or universal products.

If you are not having installation success, reapply the Lamin-x back onto the provided backing liner and immediately contact our customer service team below for assistance and resolution.

Do NOT discard the product, as our return authorization or refund process requires images of product and/or installation. Returns or refunds cannot be authorized without documented evidence or actual product return.

In the unlikely event that you no longer need the product and would like to return it, you can return the unused product within 30 days from date of receipt. However, a return authorization code is required. To obtain a return authorization code, you can either:

Unfortunately, due to the products being custom-made just for you when you order, we normally have to charge a restocking fee. As the chances of us selling the same exact custom option to someone else is not guaranteed.

Refund policy for lighting kits:
Unopened and unused - 25% restocking fee
Opened, but non-installed - 25% restocking fee
Opened, partially installed - 25% for unused product
A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF USED KIT PIECES.
Shipping is Non-Refundable

Opened, but non-installed - 35% restocking fee

A return authorization code is required! Returned kits must be in original packaging and condition. No returns after 30 days from receipt of product. Proof of purchase showing the date of sale is also required. Sorry, no COD refunds are accepted.
